Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy: Fees once paid to Veerangana Avantibai Government Degree College, Atrauli (Aligarh) shall only be refunded if it falls under the specific guidelines laid down by the University or the State Government.

2. Technical Failures / Transaction Issues:

• In the event of a technical failure where the amount is deducted from the student’s account but the “Payment Successful” status is not updated on the website, students are advised to wait for 24-48 hours for the transaction to reconcile.

• If the transaction remains failed, the amount is usually credited back to the original payment method by the bank within 7-10 working days.

3. Double or Multiple Payments:

• In case a student pays the same fee twice due to a technical glitch, the student must provide transaction receipts to the College Administration Office.

• After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the student’s bank account within 10-15 working days.

4. Admission Cancellation:

• Refunds in the case of admission withdrawal or cancellation will be governed strictly as per the University/Government norms applicable at the time of the request.
