In the event of a technical failure where the amount is deducted from the student’s account but the “Payment Successful” status is not updated on the website, students are advised to wait for 24-48 hours for the transaction to reconcile.
If the transaction remains failed, the amount is usually credited back to the original payment method by the bank within 7-10 working days.
3. Double or Multiple Payments:
In case a student pays the same fee twice due to a technical glitch, the student must provide transaction receipts to the College Administration Office.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the student’s bank account within 10-15 working days.
4. Admission Cancellation:
